Job summary

Concessions Intl Brand is seeking a capable Operations Supervisor to help manage daily restaurant performance, oversee cost, revenue, labor and inventory control, and ensure product quality.

You will supervise staff, enforce cleanliness and safety standards, and maintain quality-control records while aligning with brand and regulatory requirements. A minimum of 3 years in food service with leadership is expected, plus ServSafe/alcohol awareness certification.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; technical school or company training in restaurant management/food service preferred.
• Minimum 3 years in restaurant/food service with 2 years in a leadership role.
• Ability to obtain alcohol awareness and ServSafe certification.

Responsibilities

• Manage or assist day-to-day operations, monitoring costs, revenue, labor and inventory.
• Supervise unit employees and ensure areas are cleaned and maintained.
• Maintain quality-control records and safety programs.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards and regulators.
• Operate unit in accordance with airport requirements and monitor activity.
• Foster positive associate relations and conduct performance reviews.
• Assist with recruiting, promotion and training of associates.
• Coordinate with maintenance for equipment upkeep.
• Follow safe food handling and hygiene practices.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
