Thorntons is seeking a Shift Leader in Kentucky to oversee store operations during key shifts. You will manage guest service, inventory, and adherence to safety and cash-handling standards, all while coaching teammates and ensuring tasks are completed on time.

You will work across 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts, training new team members and upholding Thorntons’ core values. The role requires strong leadership and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Food safety certifications preferred.
• Ability to coach and train team members.
• Strong cash handling and inventory control skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as shift lead when Store/General Manager is absent and assign work.
• Oversee inventory control and shift reconciliation procedures.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and laws.
• Deliver guest service with a helpful, friendly attitude and upsell where appropriate.
• Train new team members and reinforce Thorntons’ standards.
