You will coach, direct, and prioritize tasks to ensure smooth operations and great guest experiences. You will train Crewmembers on policies, help with opening or closing, and contribute to cost and profit goals while upholding food safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in a fast-paced service environment.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Serve Safe certification required or obtained at hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight to Crew in the absence of GM/ASM.
• Coach and direct Crewmembers; set priorities during shifts.
• Train Crewmembers on policies and food safety standards.
