Job summary

Dunkin' Donuts is seeking a Shift Leader to coach Crew Members, set goals, assign duties, and motivate the team to deliver a great guest experience. The role focuses on operational standards, brand compliance, and teamwork within the restaurant environment.

You will lead shift priorities, provide timely feedback, and ensure a safe, clean, and customer-friendly operation in a fast-paced setting. Previous supervisory experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English.
• Restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience.
• Math and writing skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• High School diploma or equivalent, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Operational Excellence: coach crew, communicate priorities, train crew, provide coaching and feedback.
• Work in a team environment: create a guest-first culture, resolve guest issues, ensure Brand standards and safety compliance.
• Drive profitability: drive sales goals, execute restaurant standards, manage cash over/short, ensure products meet Brand standards.
