Job summary

Dunkin' is seeking a Shift Leader to coach Crew Members and uphold Brand standards while delivering a great guest experience. You will set shift goals, assign tasks, and motivate the team to celebrate successes with timely feedback.

Responsibilities include maintaining a guest-first culture, resolving guest issues, and ensuring safety and sanitation guidelines are followed. Prior supervisory experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English.
• Restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience.
• Math and writing skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• 18 years of age or older where applicable.
• High School diploma or equivalent, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coach Crew Members during each shift to uphold Brand standards and guest experience.
• Coordinate shift priorities, assign tasks, and provide timely feedback.
• Resolve guest issues and maintain a guest-first culture.
• Ensure safety, food safety and sanitation guidelines are followed; comply with local and state laws.
• Drive sales goals and execute restaurant standards and marketing initiatives.
