Job summary

Dunkin' Donuts is seeking a Shift Leader to coach Crew Members, uphold brand standards, and deliver a great guest experience. You will set shift goals, assign tasks, and provide timely feedback to maintain operational excellence.

Responsibilities include leading a respectful team, communicating priorities, training staff, resolving guest issues, and ensuring safety, sanitation, and profitability through standard procedures and marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English.
• Restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience preferred.
• Math and writing skills required.
• Basic computer skills.
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain operational excellence and coach crew members.
• Communicate shift priorities, goals, and results with the team.
• Support training of crew members as requested.
• Provide coaching and feedback to crew members.
• Create and maintain a guest-first culture in the restaurant.
• Resolve guest issues promptly and professionally.
• Ensure brand standards, recipes, and systems are followed.
• Maintain a safe, sanitary work environment per laws.
• Drive sales and execute restaurant standards and marketing initiatives.
• Manage cash over/short during shift.
• Ensure all products are prepared to brand standards.
