Job summary

Dunkin' Donuts is seeking a Shift Leader to coach Crew Members, uphold Brand standards, and deliver a friendly guest experience. You will set shift goals, assign tasks, and provide timely feedback to ensure operational excellence.

Responsibilities include fostering a team environment, resolving guest issues, and driving profitability through sales and standards adherence. Prior supervisory experience and a High School diploma are preferred.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English required.
• Experience in restaurant, retail, or supervisory roles required.
• Solid math and writing skills expected.
• Basic computer skills standard for daily operations.
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain operational excellence and support a respectful team environment.
• Communicate shift priorities and provide coaching and feedback.
• Train crew members as requested and ensure Brand standards are followed.
• Create a guest-first culture, resolve guest issues, and ensure safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Drive sales and execute restaurant standards and marketing initiatives.
• Manage cash over/short and ensure products are prepared to Brand standards.
