Job summary

Dunkin' is seeking a Shift Leader to coach Crew Members during shifts, ensuring operational Brand standards and delivering a great, friendly guest experience. You will set goals, assign tasks, and motivate the team to perform at peak levels.

As a Shift Leader you will emphasize guest satisfaction, resolve guest concerns using the brand recovery process, maintain safety and sanitation, and drive sales goals.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English.
• Restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience.
• Math and writing skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• At least 18 years of age (where applicable).
• High School diploma or equivalent, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support a respectful team environment and communicate priorities.
• Coach and provide feedback to crew members on shift.
• Train crew members as requested and monitor performance.
• Ensure guest issues are resolved promptly and professionally.
• Maintain Brand standards, recipes, and sanitation guidelines.
• Drive sales goals and ensure marketing initiatives are executed.
