Qualifications

• Must be able to fluently speak/read English.
• Math and writing skills.
• Restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience preferred.
• At least 18 years of age (where applicable).
• High school diploma (or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Coach Crew Members on shift to meet Dunkin’ Donuts standards and guest experience.
• Direct team on shift, assign responsibilities, provide feedback, and recognize achievements.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and resolve problems with a sense of urgency.
• Train Crew Members per Restaurant Manager/Assistant Manager directions.
• Monitor performance to maintain quality, service, and cleanliness throughout the shift.
• Comply with all restaurant, Brand, and franchisee policies.
