Qualifications

• Restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience.
• Math and writing skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• High School diploma or equivalent, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coach Crew Members throughout the shift to meet Brand standards and guest experience.
• Maintain a guest first culture and resolve guest issues on shift.
• Ensure brand standards, recipes, and systems are executed.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and healthy work environment per safety guidelines.
• Drive sales goals and ensure marketing initiatives are executed.
