Capstone Restaurant Group in Rogersville, TN is seeking a Shift Leader to support the Assistant Manager and General Manager. You will help ensure hospitality, supervise team members, and uphold the restaurant's standards during your shift.

You will train staff, monitor labor costs, help maximize sales, and maintain a safe, clean, and enjoyable environment for guests and teammates. Flexible hours including openings and closings are expected, with opportunities for advancement in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to work flexible hours including opening and closing shifts.
• Must have reliable transportation and method of communication with restaurant (i.e. phone or email).

Responsibilities

• Take necessary action to ensure hospitality service is outstanding; anticipate and exceed guest needs; handle requests promptly.
• Path the restaurant to monitor all aspects of operation; anticipate and correct problems.
• Enforce quality, service, and cleanliness standards.
• Monitor and maintain staffing levels and labor costs.
• Create a friendly atmosphere for Team Members and Guests.
• Train and supervise Team Members effectively.
• Support efforts to maximize sales and profits and minimize costs.
• Plan, organize, and implement operational routines during your shift.
• Maintain cooperative relationships with management and staff.
• Ensure sanitation, safety and security policies are observed.
• Ensure personal appearance meets company standards and displays professionalism.
