Responsibilities

• Assist the Assistant Manager and General Manager with duties to support the restaurant’s business plan.
• Ensure Team Members perform responsibilities and meet expectations.
• Maintain hospitality standards, guest satisfaction, and cleanliness.
• Monitor staffing levels and labor costs.
• Train and supervise Team Members; provide direction.
• Plan, organize, and execute operational routines during shifts.
• Promote a cooperative work environment and safety policies.
