Job summary

Anchor Point Management Group is seeking a Shift Leader in Cordova, TN. This hourly role focuses on management coverage, supervising operations, and delivering excellent guest service while maintaining cleanliness, food safety, and efficiency on every shift.

You will train staff, respond to guest needs, and model professional behavior. Responsibilities include opening/closing duties and coaching team members to meet standards across the restaurant.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Strong preference for internal promote who completed training and certifications.
• High school diploma or GED is preferred.
• Minimum 6 months in a shift management or supervisory role in a service-related business.
• Legal right to work in the United States.
• Ability to work flexible hours.
• Basic math and reading skills.
• Solid oral and written communication skills.
• Reliable transportation and punctual arrival.
• Positive, friendly attitude.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and take orders.
• Prepare and package food and drinks to standards.
• Operate cash register and handle payments.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation across front and back of house.
• Assist with food prep and dishwashing as needed.
• Restock inventory and supplies.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations.
• Promote new menu items and provide recommendations.
• Assist with opening and closing tasks.
• Manage shifts to ensure fair treatment and legal compliance.
• Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to team members.
• Report safety concerns to manager and HR.
• Conduct daily food safety and prep audits.
• Monitor inventory and cash procedures.
