Capstone Restaurant Group in Erwin, TN is seeking a Shift Leader to assist the Assistant and General Managers, ensuring all activities align with the restaurant’s business plan and that Team Members perform their duties to standard.

You will help manage hospitality, train staff, monitor labor costs, and uphold sanitation and safety policies while maintaining a welcoming environment and high quality for guests.
