Hospitality Restaurant Group in Ripley, TN is seeking a Shift Leader to support the RGM by running great shifts in a self-sufficient manner. You will take ownership, solve problems promptly, and guide teammates to deliver great guest experiences.

The role requires supervisory experience, basic math and computer literacy, and a commitment to safe, efficient operations on fast‑paced shifts with lifting up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years supervisory experience in food service or retail with Profit and Loss responsibility
• Basic personal computer literacy
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Basic business math and accounting skills, with strong analytical/decision-making ability
• Able to tolerate walking and lifting up to 50 lbs. and stand 80% of shift time
• Background checks are run on all management employees
• Must have reliable transportation
