Job summary

Quality Brand Group LLC, a multi-store Dunkin’ franchise, is seeking a Shift Leader to oversee the store team during your shift. You will manage product prep, guest experience, and ensure operational standards are met.

You’ll lead Crew Members, assign tasks, coach for results, and help maintain safety and cleanliness while controlling labor costs. Strong English, math and teamwork are required, with physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaking and reading required.
• Math and writing skills required.
• Experience in restaurant, retail, or supervisory roles preferred.
• Guest-focused with strong service orientation.
• Problem solving, decision making and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to lift 30–50 pounds and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Lead the shift team to deliver fast, friendly guest service.
• Assign crew positions, set shift expectations and provide feedback.
• Ensure adherence to food safety and cleanliness standards.
• Control labor and food costs while coaching staff.
• Report equipment issues and communicate with the General Manager.
