Job summary

Quality Brand Group LLC, a Dunkin’ franchisee, is seeking a Shift Leader in Arizona to oversee shift operations and supervise crew members. You will ensure product preparation meets standards and deliver a memorable guest experience during your shift.

Role requires leadership, coaching, and the ability to motivate staff while maintaining quality and safety standards. Prior restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience is preferred, and bilingual candidates are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage processes and people to deliver a great guest experience during the assigned shift.
• Oversee preparation of products according to standards and supervise store team performance.
• Provide leadership, direction and coaching to Crew Members throughout the shift.
• Assign crew positions, set shift expectations and give timely feedback.
