Job summary

Quality Brand Group LLC, a Dunkin franchisee with multiple locations in Arizona, is seeking a Shift Leader to oversee operations and guest experience during the assigned shift. You will guide the team to prepare products to standard and deliver a friendly, efficient guest experience.

As a Shift Leader, you will mentor Crew Members, assign tasks, monitor performance, and enforce safety, cleanliness and cost-control measures.

Qualifications

• MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS INCLUDE: Must be able to fluently speak/read English.
• Restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to lift 30–50 pounds and perform physical tasks as part of shift duties.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store operations and guest experience during assigned shifts.
• Lead and coach Crew Members; assign positions and monitor performance.
• Ensure food safety, quality, cleanliness and adherence to brand standards.
• Control labor costs and inventory; communicate goals and provide feedback.
