Qualifications

• Fluent English speaking and reading required.
• Strong math and writing skills.
• Restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience preferred.
• Focus on guest satisfaction and service quality.
• Ability to coach and motivate a team.
• Ability to manage shift operations and costs.

Responsibilities

• Coach Crew Members during shifts and assign tasks.
• Communicate goals and recognize performance.
• Deploy staff to meet guest needs and service standards.
• Support training of Crew Members.
• Ensure guest service remains the top priority.
• Resolve guest issues quickly and professionally.
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness and safety standards.
• Enforce company policies and procedures.
• Monitor labor and food costs.
• Report equipment issues to management.
• Collaborate with General Manager on opportunities.
• Adhere to all brand and franchisee policies.
