Responsibilities

• Talk employees through positions on each shift, give feedback and recognize achievements.
• Deploy team members to meet guests' needs and service standards.
• Support training of Crew Members as directed by Upper Management.
• Communicate goals and hold team members accountable for performance.
• Prioritize guests and model exceptional guest service.
• Drive urgency to satisfy guests and resolve problems.
• Reinforce systems, tools and procedures to correct deficiencies.
• Monitor performance to ensure quality, service and cleanliness.
