Job summary

Dunkin' Donuts is seeking a Shift Leader to coach crew members, execute Shift objectives, and drive guest satisfaction in a franchise location. You will set goals, assign duties, and motivate the team to deliver friendly service while upholding Brand standards.

This role requires experience in restaurant or retail supervision, strong basic math and writing skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. A HS diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English is required.
• Experience in restaurant, retail, or supervisory roles is preferred.
• Strong math and writing skills are necessary for daily operations.
• Basic computer skills are needed for inventory and POS systems.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach crew members to meet operational Brand standards and guest satisfaction goals.
• Maintain a guest-first culture and resolve guest issues while ensuring safety, sanitation, and compliance with local laws.
• Drive profitability by achieving sales goals, executing brand standards, and managing cash handling during shifts.
