Qualifications

• Must be able to fluently speak/read English.
• Restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong math and writing skills.
• Ability to coach and develop Crew Members.
• Ability to communicate goals and manage performance.

Responsibilities

• Talk employees through positions, assign tasks, and provide feedback.
• Deploy team to meet guests' needs and service standards.
• Support training of Crew Members as directed by GM or ASM.
• Ensure guest service and restaurant standards are met.
• Control labor and food costs during shift.
• Monitor cleanliness, safety, and compliance with policies.
