Dunkin - HZ Coffee Group in Florida is seeking a Shift Leader to coach team members, uphold Dunkin' Brand standards, and deliver excellent guest service during every shift.

You will assign duties, set goals, monitor food and beverage quality, manage inventories, and support the Restaurant Manager in achieving operational goals, while ensuring safety and cash handling procedures are followed.

Qualificações

• Must be fluent in spoken and written English.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Previous leadership experience in retail, restaurant or hospitality preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Coach Dunkin' Restaurant Team Members throughout the shift to meet Brand standards and guest service.
• Set goals, assign tasks, and provide timely feedback.
• Support the Restaurant Manager in achieving operational goals.
• Ensure food and beverage preparation meets Brand standards.
• Communicate shift priorities and results to team members.
• Manage shift inventory and cash handling according to policies.
• Schedule team members for shifts and ensure compliance with safety policies.
• Provide great guest service and coach staff to do the same.
