Job summary

Cafua Management Company in the United States is seeking a Shift Leader to support profitability and restaurant operations alongside the manager. You will lead the team to deliver fast, friendly service, accurate orders, and a clean environment.

Responsibilities include guest-first service, coaching crew, managing shift performance, food safety, and use of simple reporting tools. The role offers growth in a large Dunkin' Donuts franchise network.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English.
• Restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience.
• Basic computer skills.
• High School diploma, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Holds the guest as their highest priority and role models exceptional guest service.
• Educates on the Guest Satisfaction Survey program and ensures receipts are issued with each order.
• Ensures the shift is properly staffed and the team is properly deployed to meet standards and goals.
• Manages cash over/short during shift through accurate counting and cashier assignment.
• Manages labor cost during shift through proper delegation and task assignment.
• Ensures processes and policies are followed on their shift.
