Qualifications

• Fluent in English as required.
• Restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience.
• Basic computer skills.
• Must be at least 18 years old (where applicable).
• Basic writing skills.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Basic math and financial acumen.

Responsibilities

• Lead operations to ensure guest satisfaction and service quality.
• Provide training and coaching to crew members.
• Ensure orders are accurate and meet speed of service standards.
• Maintain food safety and sanitation standards.
• Assist with staffing, scheduling, and shift coverage.
• Support promotion execution and guest engagement.
• Foster a positive team environment and recognize good performance.
• Ensure proper cash handling and inventory controls.
