Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• HS Diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous leadership experience in retail, restaurant or hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Coach and guide restaurant team members during shifts.
• Support the Restaurant Manager in achieving goals and operations.
• Ensure Brand standards for food and beverage preparation.
• Communicate shift priorities and results to team.
• Complete shift deployment plans to cover all roles.
• Delegate tasks to maintain smooth workflow.
• Coach team with timely, constructive feedback.
• Train team members as needed.
• Oversee safety, security, and profitability policies.
• Communicate with the next Shift Leader to hand off.
• Manage inventory during the shift.
• Deliver great guest service and handle complaints.
• Manage cash over/short and adhere to cash policies.
• Monitor attendance and policy adherence.
