Job summary

The Shift Leader position at Cafua Management Company supports the Restaurant Manager to deliver fast, friendly service and quality product execution in a Dunkin’ Donuts location. You’ll lead a team, train crew, and ensure guest satisfaction during all shifts.

You’ll be accountable for speed of service, food safety, cash handling, and daily operations while upholding the guest-first culture that Dunkin’ relies on across 250+ restaurants nationwide.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English with clear communication.
• Basic computer skills for POS and digital tools.
• Solid writing ability for notes and reports.
• Ability to stand for 6+ hours and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Basic math and cash handling competencies.

Responsibilities

• Holds guest satisfaction as a top priority and delivers exceptional service.
• Supervises crew, trains new hires, and provides coaching.
• Ensures orders are accurate and served quickly per standards.
• Monitors back-of-house merchandising and product appearance.
• Upholds food safety, sanitation and cleanliness during shifts.
• Manages cash over/short and daily inventory tasks.
• Drives sales through promotions and good guest interactions.
