Job summary

Cafua Management Company in the United States is seeking a Shift Leader to support profitability and restaurant operations, working with the Restaurant Manager to guide the team and ensure fast, friendly service.

You will lead daily guest interactions, train crew, monitor food safety and cleanliness, manage shift staffing and cash handling, and drive performance to Dunkin’ Donuts standards.

English fluency and supervisory experience are required.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English.
• Restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience.
• Basic computer skills.
• At least 18 years of age (where applicable).
• Basic writing skills.
• High School diploma, or equivalent.
• Basic math skill and financial acumen.
• Must have open availability to work all shifts.
• Capable of standing for 6+ hours and for lifting up to 30lbs.

Responsibilities

• Holds the guest as their highest priority and models exceptional guest service.
• Empowers the team to satisfy guests and resolve problems.
• Ensures all orders are completed accurately and within Dunkin’ Donuts speed of service standards.
• Monitors and adjusts products to Dunkin merchandising and appearance standards.
• Maintains food safety, sanitation and cleanliness standards during shift.
• Supports training of new crew members and coaching for performance.
