Responsibilities

• Provide signature guest experience; greet Guests and anticipate needs.
• Prepare shakes, desserts, and other dip-side items; maintain freshness.
• Operate POS and gas console; handle cash, cards, and coupons.
• Stock shelves, freezers, and equipment; rotate stock and date-check.
• Ensure safety and security; follow cash-control and loss-prevention procedures.
• Maintain clean, safe store and parking lot; monitor temperatures.
• Complete time records and other reports accurately.
• Carry out additional tasks as assigned by management.
• Communicate clearly in English with customers and staff.
