Job summary

United Dairy Farmers in Kentucky is seeking a Shift Leader to oversee daily guest service and store operations. This full-time position requires delivering the Hi Five Guest Experience and ensuring accurate cash handling, POS transactions, and compliance with alcohol and tobacco sale laws.

You will lead front-line associates during 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shifts, maintain stock, sanitation, safety, and proper documentation.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates strong guest service orientation.
• Proficient with cash handling and basic math.
• Operates the POS system accurately and efficiently.
• Maintains stock and shelf presentation.
• Adheres to safety and compliance requirements.
• Communicates clearly in English.

Responsibilities

• Provide the signature Hi Five Guest Experience to Guests.
• Prepare shakes, sundaes, and other DipSide items.
• Operate POS and gas console, handle transactions and cash.
• Maintain stock, cold storage, and product rotation.
• Monitor store safety and security to prevent loss and theft.
• Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of store and equipment.
• Accurately complete time records and reporting.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
