Job summary

United Dairy Farmers is seeking a Shift Leader in Kentucky. You will lead guest service and daily operations, ensuring a safe, ethical, and compliant shift while maintaining the Hi Five Guest Experience. The role requires accurate cash handling, POS operation, inventory checks, and adherence to company policies.

We value honest work, team coordination, and customer satisfaction, with shifts including 1st, 2nd or 3rd and a pay range of $13.50–$15.25 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Overall Guest Services: provide the signature UDF Hi Five Guest Experience and greet Guests professionally to ensure satisfaction.
• DipSide Guest Services: prepare shakes/malts, ice cream, sundaes, sodas and hand-packed containers.
• Point of Sale & Gas Console: process transactions, handle cash and cards, manage discounts and coupons.
• Stocking Merchandise: keep shelves, milk box and freezers stocked and presentable, rotate stock.
• Security: monitor store and lot to prevent theft, manage cash drops and follow policies.
• Maintenance: keep store and equipment clean, monitor temperatures of refrigeration.
• Reporting: complete time records and Customer First Document accurately.
• Other duties as assigned by Management and communicate effectively in English
