Job summary

United Dairy Farmers is seeking a Shift Leader in Wilder, KY to lead guest services and store operations during each shift. The role requires adherence to company policies and the Hi Five Guest Experience.

The successful candidate will ensure accurate cash handling, manage the dip-side and beverage offerings, and supervise daily tasks to maintain quality service. Responsibilities include supervising staff, ensuring product availability, and maintaining a safe, clean store environment.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate clearly with guests.
• Ability to follow store policies and procedures.
• Proficiency with point-of-sale systems and cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Provide the signature UDF Hi Five Guest Experience to guests.
• Prepare DipSide items and other ice cream/yogurt offerings.
• Operate POS and gas console accurately, handle transactions and payments.
• Stock shelves, dip cabinet, coffee pots, and maintain clean, presentable displays.
• Maintain store safety, monitor cash drops and follow theft deterrence programs.
• Keep store and parking lot clean and safe; monitor equipment temperatures.
• Complete time records and the Customer First Document accurately.
• Undertake other duties as assigned by Management.
