Job summary

United Dairy Farmers in Kentucky is seeking a Shift Leader to deliver the Hi Five Guest Experience, overseeing daily store operations for 37-40 hours per week across 1st, 2nd or 3rd shifts.

You will greet guests, supervise dipside items, operate the POS and gas console, ensure compliance with alcohol and tobacco laws, maintain cleanliness and stock, and protect cash with proper procedures.

Qualifications

• Excellent guest service and communication skills.
• Ability to operate POS and gas console and handle transactions.
• Must be legally eligible to sell alcohol and tobacco.

Responsibilities

• Provide Hi Five guest experience to ensure guests leave satisfied.
• Prepare shakes, sundaes, and other dipside items.
• Operate POS and gas console accurately and securely.
• Maintain store cleanliness and stock levels.
• Uphold safety, security, and cash-handling procedures.
