Job summary

United Dairy Farmers seeks a full-time Shift Leader in Kentucky to oversee daily operations and lead front-line staff during 1st–3rd shifts. You will ensure the Hi Five Guest Experience, handle alcohol/tobacco sales in compliance with laws, and model outstanding service.

Responsibilities include supervising guest services, operating the POS and gas console, stocking and merchandising, maintaining safety and cleanliness, and completing required records and reports.

Qualifications

• Shift Leaders must be legally qualified under applicable state laws to conduct all sales transactions including alcohol and tobacco sales.

Responsibilities

• Provide the signature UDF Hi Five Guest Experience; greet Guests with a warm, authentic hello and ensure the store is ready for Guests at all times.
• Operate the POS system and gas console; process transactions, handle cash and payments accurately.
• Stock shelves, dip cabinet, ice cream/yogurt items; keep displays and freezers organized and up-to-date.
• Maintain store security, monitor cash levels, and follow Tobacco/Alcohol Management programs.
• Maintain a clean, safe store and parking lot; monitor equipment temperatures and report issues.
• Complete time records and the Customer First Document; perform other duties as assigned by Management.
