Job summary

United Dairy Farmers is seeking a full-time Shift Leader in Kentucky to deliver the Hi Five Guest Experience and oversee store operations during assigned shifts.

The role requires supervising guest services, preparing DipSide items, and ensuring accurate POS and gas transactions while maintaining stock, equipment, and store safety. Experience with cash handling and customer service is essential, with compliance to alcohol/tobacco sale laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide the Hi Five Guest Experience to every guest.
• Assist with shakes, sundaes, ice cream, and related DipSide items.
• Operate POS system and gas console accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain stock, cleanliness, and safety of the store and equipment.
• Monitor cash levels and follow drop procedures to prevent losses.
