Job summary

United Dairy Farmers is seeking a Shift Leader in Kentucky to supervise day-to-day store operations and deliver the signature Hi Five Guest Experience. You will oversee guest service, food preparation and POS transactions while ensuring compliance with safety and tobacco/alcohol sales rules.

The role requires leadership, reliable attendance and the ability to work 1st, 2nd or 3rd shift, part of a full-time schedule of 37–40 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively with Customers in English.
• Must be legally qualified to conduct alcohol and tobacco sales.
• Ability to operate store equipment including POS terminal and gas console.
• Ability to prepare DipSide items using dip cabinets.

Responsibilities

• Provide Hi Five Guest Experience to guests and ensure store readiness.
• Prepare DipSide items like shakes, sundaes and ice cream products.
• Efficient operation of POS and gas console, handling transactions and payments.
• Stock shelves, maintain clean equipment, rotate stock and check dates.
• Maintain security and follow cash handling procedures and loss prevention steps.
• Assist with maintenance and reporting, ensuring safe store conditions.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
