Job summary

United Dairy Farmers is hiring a Shift Leader to deliver the Hi Five Guest Experience and ensure smooth store operations. You will greet guests, assist with product preparation and manage transactions with a focus on accuracy and hospitality.

This role requires following company policies, ensuring safety standards, and supervising team members during the shift. A valid assignment to handle alcohol/tobacco sales is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering friendly guest service and following brand standards.
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and securely.
• Familiarity with POS terminals and gas consoles for sales and deposits.
• Capacity to supervise and assist during shifts while adhering to policy.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests and provide the Hi Five Guest Experience to encourage repeat visits.
• Prepare DipSide items and handle ice cream/yogurt products and toppings.
• Operate POS system and gas console; manage transactions and payments.
• Stock shelves and freezers; rotate stock and maintain cleanliness.
• Maintain security and assist with tobacco/alcohol compliance during shifts.
• Keep equipment, counters and work areas clean and safe; follow temp controls.
• Accurately complete time records and shift documentation.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
