Job summary

United Dairy Farmers is seeking a Shift Leader to deliver the Hi Five Guest Experience and oversee daily store operations. You will greet guests warmly, manage day-to-day shift tasks, and ensure accurate cash handling and POS transactions, including gas sales.

The role requires compliance with alcohol and tobacco laws and store safety policies. The position is full-time with 37–40 hours per week, offering on-site work and opportunities to lead a team during 1st–3rd shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be legally qualified to conduct all sales transactions including alcohol and tobacco.
• Provide high-level guest service and maintain shop safety and compliance.
• Ability to lift 10 pounds and work in varying freezer temperatures.
• Experience with cash handling and POS transactions preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide the signature Hi Five Guest Experience to guests during every shift.
• Prepare and serve shakes, sundaes, and assorted dairy products.
• Operate POS and gas console accurately and manage cash, coupons, and payments.
• Keep shelves and coolers stocked and clean; rotate stock correctly and check dates.
• Monitor store safety, policy compliance, and equipment temperatures.
• Assist with opening/closing procedures and time records.
