United Dairy Farmers is seeking a Shift Leader to deliver the Hi Five Guest Experience, ensuring guests are welcomed, well-served and fulfilled. You will manage daily operations, supervise associates during shifts, and maintain policy compliance for alcohol and tobacco sales.

The role requires strong English communication, cash handling, and the ability to work in a fast-paced store environment with attention to safety and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Essential functions show a strong focus on guest service, cash handling, and safety.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English and provide friendly service.
• Physical ability to lift up to 10 pounds and work in a fast‑paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide the signature UDF Hi Five Guest Experience to guests.
• Operate POS system and gas console, handle cash, coins, checks, and payments.
• Stock and rotate merchandise, keep dip cabinets and equipment clean.
• Assist with food and beverage preparation including shakes and sundaes.
• Maintain store security, follow tobacco/alcohol sale policies, and assist in safety checks.
