Job summary

United Dairy Farmers is seeking a Shift Leader to deliver the Hi Five Guest Experience and supervise daily store operations. You will greet guests, manage transactions, stock shelves, and ensure safety and cleanliness of the store.

The role requires legal eligibility to perform alcohol/tobacco sales, good communication skills, and the ability to lift and move items as needed. This is a full-time position with multiple shifts available.

Qualifications

• Must provide excellent guest service and follow the Hi Five Guest Experience.
• Legal qualifications under state law to conduct sales, including alcohol and tobacco.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks.
• Ability to properly handle cash, coins and payments.

Responsibilities

• Provide the Hi Five Guest Experience to every guest.
• Operate the POS system and gas console accurately.
• Stock and rotate merchandise and maintain clean, presentable shelves and fixtures.
• Monitor store security and handle cash drop procedures.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness and proper maintenance of equipment.
• Complete time records and essential documentation accurately.
