Job summary

United Dairy Farmers is seeking a Shift Leader to deliver the Hi Five Guest Experience and oversee daily store operations across 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift. You will ensure safe, ethical operation and provide outstanding service to every guest.

The role requires operating POS and gas consoles, managing stock and temperatures, and complying with alcohol/tobacco sale laws while maintaining restaurant-quality guest interaction.

Qualifications

• Excellent guest service and communication.
• Follow company policies for safe and efficient operation.
• Must be legally qualified under state laws to conduct alcohol and tobacco sales.

Responsibilities

• Provide the Hi Five Guest Experience to guests.
• Operate POS and gas console; process transactions and payments.
• Stock shelves, dip cabinet, coffee pots, and maintain cleanliness.
• Maintain store safety and monitor cash handling procedures.
• Follow Tobacco/Alcohol Management and Robbery/Violence Deterrence programs.
• Complete time records and other required documentation.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
