Job summary

United Dairy Farmers is seeking a Shift Leader to provide the Hi Five Guest Experience, supervise team members, and ensure safe, ethical store operations during their shift.

You will lead with customer service, handle cash and POS transactions, manage stock and cleanliness, and follow company policies including alcohol and tobacco handling where required. Strong communication and reliability are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Must be legally qualified under state laws to conduct alcohol and tobacco sales.
• Ability to handle cash transactions and operate POS system.
• Able to lift at least 10 pounds and operate store equipment.

Responsibilities

• Provide the Hi Five Guest Experience and greet Guests warmly; ensure store is ready for guests at all times.
• Assist with DipSide items and beverage preparation; maintain cleanliness of counters and dip cases.
• Efficiently operate POS and gas console; handle transactions, coins, currency, checks, and coupons.
• Maintain stock; ensure shelves, freezers, and equipment are presentable and in good condition.
• Support security practices and loss-prevention measures; follow tobacco/alcohol management protocols.
• Complete time records accurately and perform other duties as assigned by management.
