Job summary

United Dairy Farmers is seeking a Shift Leader to deliver the Hi Five Guest Experience across every guest interaction. The role oversees daily store operations, including cash handling, POS transactions, and stock management, while ensuring compliance with all policies and safety standards.

The Shift Leader may supervise team members in absence of a manager. Qualified candidates will be capable of maintaining product quality, assisting guests with service needs, and following tobacco and alcohol

Qualifications

• Shift Leaders must be legally qualified under applicable state laws to conduct all sales transactions including alcohol and tobacco sales.
• Ability to greet Guests and provide the Hi Five Guest Experience.
• Proficiency in operating the register, POS, and store equipment.

Responsibilities

• Provide the signature UDF Hi Five Guest Experience and greet Guests warmly.
• Prepare shakes, sundaes, ice cream, and related items at the DipSide window.
• Operate POS system and gas console, handle transactions and registrations.
• Stock shelves, freezers, and ensure proper stock rotation and pricing accuracy.
• Maintain store safety, cleanliness, and equipment temperatures as directed.
• Complete time records and the Customer First Document accurately.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
• Communicate effectively in English with customers and team members.
