Job summary

United Dairy Farmers is seeking a Shift Leader to deliver the signature Hi Five Guest Experience. This full-time role (37-40 hours per week) may include 1st, 2nd or 3rd shift and requires honest, ethical operation of the store and compliance with all laws and company policies.

You will greet Guests, help with shakes, ice cream, and other dipside items, operate the POS and gas console, manage stock, ensure safety, and document time records.

Qualifications

• Must be able to greet Guests and provide the Hi Five experience.
• Must be legally able to sell alcohol and tobacco where required.
• Ability to operate POS system and gas console accurately.
• Able to lift and move items as part of daily duties.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests warmly and ensure the store is ready for service.
• Assist with shakes, ice cream, and other dipside orders.
• Accurately process transactions and manage cash handling.
• Oversee shift operations, stock displays, and safety procedures.
