Job summary

United Dairy Farmers seeks a Shift Leader to deliver the Hi Five Guest Experience, guiding associates and ensuring safe, efficient shift execution. You will manage guest interactions, monitor cash handling, and uphold store standards across shifts.

The role requires effective communication, adherence to policies, and the ability to work 37–40 hours weekly on 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift in a store environment.

Qualifications

• Must be legally qualified under applicable state laws to conduct all sales transactions including alcohol and tobacco sales.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding Guest experience following the Hi Five framework.
• supervise shifts and assist associates during coverage.
• Operate POS system and gas console accurately and efficiently.
• Stock and rotate product, maintain clean and presentable store conditions.
• Monitor safety, cash handling and compliance with company policies.
