Job summary

United Dairy Farmers is seeking a Shift Leader to deliver the Hi Five Guest Experience with every guest. You will supervise service, assist Guests, and ensure safe, ethical operations during your shift, including compliance with alcohol/tobacco laws.

You will lead team members on 1st-3rd shifts, handle POS and gas, stock dips and maintain clean, organized store while providing responsive service to guests.

Qualifications

• Must be legally qualified under applicable state laws to conduct all sales transactions including alcohol and tobacco sales.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English to interact with guests.
• Ability to lift at least 10 pounds and to handle items up to 21 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide the signature Hi Five Guest Experience to Guests.
• Prepare shakes, sundaes, and other DipSide items.
• Manage POS and gas sales accurately.
• Stock shelves and maintain clean, presentable dip cabinet.
• Monitor safety and follow security procedures.
• Complete time records and other duties as assigned.
