Job summary

United Dairy Farmers is seeking a Shift Leader to uphold the Hi Five Guest Experience across every interaction. You will supervise store operations during your shift, ensure safe, ethical, and policy-compliant service, and assist other associates on duty.

The role requires managing guest services, POS and gas transactions, stocking, and maintaining cleanliness. You must communicate in English, meet state qualifications for alcohol and tobacco sales, and be ready to work 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shifts

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate clearly in English with customers.
• Ability to follow store policies and procedures.
• Ability to work as part of a team during all shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide the Hi Five Guest Experience to every guest.

• Process transactions at POS and gas console accurately.
• Maintain stock and cleanliness of store and equipment.
