Job summary

United Dairy Farmers is seeking a Shift Leader to ensure the Hi Five Guest Experience is delivered to every guest. You will assist with daily operations, including guest service, order preparation, and cash handling, while maintaining store standards.

This full‑time role requires supervising during 37–40 hours per week across 1st, 2nd or 3rd shifts. You must comply with company policies, safety rules, and state regulations while delivering friendly, efficient service.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in a fast‑paced retail setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle cash and transactions accurately.
• Ability to follow policies and maintain store security.

Responsibilities

• Provide the Hi Five Guest Experience to every guest.
• Prepare shakes, sundaes, and other dip-side items.
• Operate POS and gas console accurately and efficiently.
• Stock shelves and maintain clean, presentable displays.
• Maintain store security and follow theft‑reduction procedures.
• Keep equipment and premises clean and safe; monitor temperatures.
