Job summary

United Dairy Farmers is seeking a Shift Leader to provide outstanding service following the Hi Five Guest Experience. The role requires guiding store operations, supervising on-shift associates, and ensuring compliance with company policies on sales, including alcohol and tobacco where legally allowed.

This is a full-time position with 37–40 hours per week across 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shifts. Key duties include guest services, DipSide item preparation, POS and gas console operation, stock

Qualifications

• Ability to speak, hear and understand spoken English well enough to communicate effectively with customers.
• Ability to operate POS terminal and handle gas transactions.
• Ability to recognize numbers, count and do arithmetic to complete records.

Responsibilities

• Provide the Hi Five Guest Experience: greet Guests, ensure store is ready for Guests, and anticipate Guest needs.
• Prepare DipSide items: shakes, cups/cones, sundaes, sodas, hand-packed containers.
• Operate POS and gas console, authorize and record transactions, handle payments and coupons.
