Job summary

United Dairy Farmers seeks a Shift Leader to support Store Manager in delivering the Hi Five Guest Experience. The role covers 37-40 hours per week across 1st, 2nd or 3rd shift and requires accurate cash handling, POS use, and adherence to company policies.

You will oversee guest services, merchandise stocking, safety, and daily reporting, while ensuring compliance with alcohol and tobacco sales laws and store standards.

Qualifications

• Ability to speak, hear and understand spoken English well enough to communicate effectively with customers.
• Ability to operate store equipment, including POS terminal and gas console, and to process transactions accurately.
• Ability to perform required physical tasks such as lifting and moving items, and tolerating cold temperatures as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide the signature UDF Hi Five Guest Experience to Guests.
• Assist in the preparation and service of DipSide items and beverages.
• Operate POS system and gas console with accuracy and care.
• Maintain stocked shelves and proper product rotation; check for out-of-date items.
• Monitor store safety and security, handling cash drops as required.
